Disaster Recovery Services/Continuity of Operations (COOP)

HumanTouch assisted the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in ensuring the security of all systems impacted in implementing a Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) 'mirror' data center. The core business functions of the USPTO depend upon a structure of information systems called Automated Information Systems (AISs). Approximately 130 AISs support the USPTO business functions. Each AIS may support one or more of the USPTO's business areas (e.g., patents, trademarks, corporate administration, legal, or information dissemination).
