Certification & Accreditation(C&A)

APHIS (Animal & Plant Health Inspection Services):
HumanTouch provided technical support and developed specific documentations that meet APHIS's requirements for security certification and accreditation (C&A) of OPIP (The Offshore Pest Information Program). We applied the PMI guidelines to optimize the C&A efforts to establish the security accreditation OMB Circular A-130 requirements in APHIS with 508 compliance.

OSS (Office of Security Services):
HumanTouch provided technical support to develop specific documentation that meets OSS's requirements for C&A of Fingerprint Identity System (FIS) and LIVESCAN system. We maintained high sensitivity due to the inter-connections of agencies like DOJ and NCIC (National Criminal Information Center) to these systems. We applied the PMI guidelines to optimize the C&A efforts to establish the security accreditation per USDA C&A Guide.
