OIM (Office of Information Management)

HumanTouch works with the Business Information Technology Management Staff (BITMS) and the Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA), the Office of Information Management (OIM), and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to support timely, effective, and active management of ORA-centric investments. Under this contract, we provide quality, timely, and accurate documentation and business analysis support, including planning and facilitating related meetings to gather and reconcile information to accomplish the deliverables support for the FDA, ORA-BITMS.

The BITMS contract consists of two separate tasks and general deliverables: E300 Support for Portfolio Management and Technical Writing for Business Related IT Documentation Support and Quality Assessments. HumanTouch works together with BITMS to identify additional SMEs and data sources. These services support BITMS's staff work and oversight services for ORA's Information Technology Business Review Board (ITBRB).
