Operation & Maintenance (O&M)

HumanTouch is providing technical resources necessary to operate and maintain FDA servers and systems currently in the Parklawn Computing Facility located in Rockville, MD. Services include Server consolidation, Software License Management and administration, SAN Life-Cycle support, WAN and LAN infrastructure support, Facilities Maintenance, Server Inventory and Maintenance record support, Meetings support, Equipment Decommissions, and Program Management.

We support the current environment of approximately 626 production servers and 320 test and development servers, of which approximately 20% considered critical/high availability systems.
