Master Agreement

HumanTouch supported Nextel's Engineering and Operations (E&O) division with information technology architecture, engineering, design and application support for over 7 years. HumanTouch supported the NEXTEL Network Operating Center (NOC) in Tyson's Corner with key architecture, design and engineering staff to assist in NEXTEL's implementation of the NetCool network monitoring tool. We provided services using the enhanced Telecom Operations Map (eTOM), a guidebook of the most widely used and accepted standard for business processes in the telecommunications industry. The eTOM model describes the full scope of business processes required by a service provider and defines key elements and how they interact. HumanTouch took responsibility for the support of all software tools used by the E&O division. We developed innovative solutions to meet business requirements and provided architectural guidance to the E&O Support Development team. HumanTouch's operational design architects developed solutions approach documents and high-level architecture plans for each of the projects.

HumanTouch supported the IT engineering group with application design, business analysts, SME's and system engineers. HumanTouch provided the following services: technical design, code development, unit and system testing, user acceptance testing support, production support, and development of installation and support documentation. HumanTouch modified existing and developed new Business Objects Universes, modified existing and developed new Business Objects reports, designed data schemas, and utilized ETL.
